How They Work
1. Mapping
Wellbeing means different things for different companies. The first step is to find out your definition of success for a wellness intervention and what is the impact you are looking for.
Then we work together to come up with a tailored wellbeing blueprint and plan mapped out from my evidence-based and researched-based practices, trainings and programmes.

Unfurl the plan by providing employees with the wellness practices, tools and techniques for the designed programme with the appropriate change management interventions for the employees to accept and embed the practices in their lives.

Mindful Cooking Workshops
Cooking offers an opportunity to be present and aware, as opposed to being distracted, stressed or overwhelmed. A practical and fun activity to focus attention on the senses allowing participants to practice mindfulness, foster concentration and develop creativity from their own kitchens.

Mindful Nutrition for Employee Wellbeing Course
Being cognizant of the interrelationships between the nutritional matters and human well-being, creates the platform to be responsible for one’s own health. The course entails in-depth theory sessions on how can the participants enhance general health and well-being through nutrition accompanied by cooking or eating practice, mindfulness exercises and strategies to stay healthy and productive at work and home.
