1-on-1 Intensives
What’s an Intensive?
Online sessions to guide you to achieve a better sense of wellbeing at all levels physical, mental, emotional, social and intellectual; and in making the changes you need to make. My work is to provide you with different tools and techniques, to create a space for practice and to guide you when you get stuck or cannot stay on track of your good intentions, feel disappointed and discouraged.

How it Works
1. Book a free consultation
Find out how the humanistic wholeness approach can help you. Get to know a little more about how we work and what to expect.
2. Choose your programme
An initial 90-minute session in which we discuss your wellbeing concerns, lifestyle, health and
goals in detail that enables us to develop a road map. Followed by 60-minute wholeness
consultations or hands on culinary wellness sessions to work towards understanding your mind and body and discover the practices that fit your lifestyle.
3. Receive guidance and support
Ongoing support always with the apron on to encourage you to follow and adapt your road
map as needed.
Programmes
These culinary, eating and mindfulness sessions are designed to provide more than solutions for a healthy body, but an opportunity to reach a deeper level of life purpose. They are not set programmes because every person is different but bespoke to your needs.
Wholeness Activation
A 3 sessions package to start in your path of wellness
A series of sessions to tap into a specific issue, make changes, experiment
and see results. We will work together to pinpoint the key area you want to
improve during your activation journey and define an achievable action
plan. We will work together using mindfulness techniques, breath-work,
nutritional awareness and culinary therapy.
Format: Video sessions via Zoom
Duration: 3 sessions (5 hours in total)
Includes:
• High level lifestyle assessment
• Bespoke individual plan
• 1 x 90 min assessment and coaching session
• 1 x 90 min coaching session
• 1 x 120 min mindful cooking and eating session
• Write up after each session
• Nutritional and wellness resources
• Unlimited on-line support via WhatApp during the time of the package
• Simple, affordable and nourishing recipe with shopping list for the
cooking session
Awakening & Nourishment
A 2-month coaching journey to arouse your senses and create your wellness map
These series of sessions spaced over a 8-week period will allow you to experiment and feel the impact of the changes made in your overall wellbeing. Also, will increase your motivation to cook home-made meals and you will discover how your kitchen becomes a space for wellness. Ideal if you just need a bit of support to help you achieve your goals. We will work together using mindfulness techniques, breath-work, nutritional awareness and culinary therapy.
Duration: 6 sessions (10 hours in total)
Includes:
• Introduction to mindfulness meditation
• Detailed lifestyle assessment
• Bespoke individual coaching plan
• 1 x 90 mins coaching sessions over 8-week period
• 3 x 90 mins coaching sessions over 8-weeks period
• 2 x 120 min mindful cooking and eating sessions
• Food and mood diary
• Mindful eating recording for further practice
• Write up after each session
• Nutritional and wellness resources
• Unlimited online support via WhatsApp for 3 months
• Simple, affordable and nourishing recipes with shopping lists for the cooking sessions
Living Wholeness
A 3-month coaching journey to discovery, embrace and build up the power of wellness in you
Being cognizant of the interrelationships between the nutritional matters and human well-being, creates the platform to be responsible for one’s own health. The course entails in-depth theory sessions on how can the participants enhance general health and well-being through nutrition accompanied by cooking or eating practice, mindfulness exercises and strategies to stay healthy and productive at work and home.
Format: Video sessions via Zoom
Duration: 12 sessions (18 hours in total)
Includes:
• Digestive system support
• Detailed lifestyle assessment
• Bespoke individual coaching plan
• 1 x 90 min assessment and coaching session
• 6 x 90 min coaching sessions over 8-week period
• 4 x 120 min mindful cooking and eating session
• Food and mood diary

Mindful Cooking & Eating
Mindful-based individual cooking sessions
The integration of mindfulness practices and cooking in the same session to tackle stress, anxiety and overwork. These are fun sessions aiming to meditate and cook together in an enjoyable way and finishing with mindful eating for a nourishing time.

• Mindfulness and mindfulness meditation (foundation and 3 practices)
• 120 min mindful cooking and eating session
• Mindful eating recording for further practice
• Mindful cooking practices
• Breath-work recording
• Nutrition and wellness resources
