Menopause is one of the great transitions we face during our lifetime. You will probably experience some physical and psychological changes with more or less intensity but beyond them, you are definitely transitioning into a life of purpose, deep connection with yourself, spiritual exploration with a sense of authority, courage, and wisdom. 

The transition itself invites you to cocoon, increasing your time to rest and restore, to allow you to tune into your inner being and discover by yourself the way you want to live the years ahead.  

Once you give yourself to this immersion, you will walk away embracing the gifts of menopause. You will have multiple opportunities to capture yourself in a mirror that no one else can. 

The serene surroundings of the rice fields, the slow pace of the inhabitants of the village, and the grounding energy of the Angkor Wat temples frame our time in the kitchen, our coaching sessions, the silent moments, and the self-care activities that I will curate especially for you.

The transition into menopause is part of a mystery, an alchemical journey…Cooking allows you to connect with that mystery, the mystery of life, to make alchemy with the ingredients and your hands, to rest in the flow and relax into just being. The kitchen gives you the choice to enter the path -wherever you feel comfortable- of complete self-acceptance, resting in the confidence that only the wise woman inside can provide.

Your kitchen is not simply a place for food preparation. It’s a sacred space, a sanctuary for self-discovery and communion.

I’m here to show you how the kitchen transforms into a place of healing. We will cook, meditate, get insights, and wonder around the Cambodian lands and ancient temples.

I offer a blend of culinary therapy alongside, mindfulness-based coaching, meditation, neuro-psycho-spirituality, and the healing power of nature.

Price

Personalised one-on-one retreat with accommodation, meals, and activities – 5 nights-retreat. 

Single: 1500 USD per person

You are welcome to invite a friend to retreat together. Each of you will have individual accommodation.

Two women: 2500 USD
