What to expect during the sessions?
As necessary, I will provide guidance on adopting healthier ingredients, enhancing your cooking techniques, and developing effective time-management skills in the kitchen.In our initial session, we will focus on understanding your intentions regarding cooking and the significance of the kitchen in your life.
In the following sessions, I will create a supportive environment for you to think, explore, and address any challenges you face in home cooking. Together, we will uncover insights about your culinary habits while discussing healthy cooking practices. Additionally, I will share strategies to transform your kitchen into an integral part of your spiritual practice.
As needed, I will bring guidance for the adoption of healthier ingredients, improved cooking techniques, and time-management skills.

Additionally, they provide an opportunity to practice mindful cooking and eating, allowing you to fully experience the sense of well-being that can be cultivated while cooking.
